Ryan Gruhala (CEO), is a seasoned executive in Multi-Site Post Acute and Senior Care with a rich tapestry of over 20 years' experience spanning not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. With a comprehensive background in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings, Ryan adeptly balances operational oversight with strategic priorities to deliver excellent care and service outcomes.

Driven by a commitment to operational excellence, quality outcomes, and strong financial performance, Ryan is a dynamic leader who thrives on challenges. Ryan holds a master's degree in human resource management from Webster University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Missouri State University.  Prior to his role, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Ascension Living, the post-acute care division of Ascension Health, which is one of the nation's leading non-profit and Catholic health systems.
