JULIA ROSEN

As CIO at PERA Julia is passionate about providing modern, seamless experiences for patients and families, as well as promoting women in technology. Her experience includes EMRs, Data & Analytics, Cloud & Platform Modernization, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, Revenue Cycle Integrity, and Information Security.

Prior to her role , she spent 15 years in technology consulting and advised clients on all aspects of healthcare IT. Part of her expertise was developed helping to set up technology for Covid mass vaccination sites in the state of Colorado. She also previously served as CTO for Centura Health, a $5 billion health system in Colorado and Kansas. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Bachelor’s Degree from Williams College.

Julia enjoys the fresh air of Colorado with her husband and a host of furry friends.
